In an interview, Joe Vorih, president of HBK – Hottinger Brüel & Kjær, talks about the direction and goals of the company.

Joe assumed the reigns as president of HBK in January of 2019, during a frenetic time just as the new company formed with the merger of HBM and Brüel & Kjær.

Properties:

This module has one to four analog inputs and four output channels per input.

Calculates an octave analysis of the input signal with time domain filters.
As bandwidths octaves, 1/3 octaves (thirds), 1/6 octave, 1/12 octave and 1/24 octave are selectable. The frequency range in which the octave is calculated can be selected in the limits of 0.1 Hz to 100 kHz.

Data acquisition driver for HBM MGCPlus.

he driver was completely reworked in 2017 and is no longer based on the CATMAN Active-X but on the HBM Common API 3.1. This solved rare compatibility problems with some operating systems.
